Notes for exhibitors:
Use of a stand area (approx. 2x2 m) including table(s), chairs, and power connection
One stand attendant is included in the fee (€1,400 net); they can use all conference services
Presentation of your company as part of the presentation program through an elevator pitch (each exhibitor will receive approximately 3 minutes of presentation time and can also present slides during this time)
Advertisement in the Book of Abstracts (one A4 page) to present your company (freely designed by the exhibitor; each conference participant will receive a printed copy of the Book of Abstracts at the beginning of the conference)
