Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations by June 15, 2026, we will charge a processing fee of €120.00. After that, the cancellation fee will be 100 percent of the participation fee. Cancellations can only be made in writing, stating the invoice number. In case of no-show, the full participation fee is due.
